A property cleanup takes the whole yard back to a fresh start in one visit. I do them across Kelowna and West Kelowna for people moving in, getting ready to sell, or catching up after a season when the yard got away from them.
Every cleanup includes weeding and clearing out garden beds. Dead growth gets cut back, debris gets picked up, and the lawn gets raked out so it is ready for its next mow.

Spring and fall are the two busy times. In spring, beds are full of last year's dead growth and whatever the winter left behind. In fall, the goal is to get beds cleared and debris gone before the snow covers it all until April.
Okanagan summers are hot and dry, so weeds that get a hold in beds and along rock borders tend to dig in deep. I pull them by the root where I can, instead of just cutting the tops off, so they don't come straight back.
